I genuinely believe that every person has the opportunity to thrive and heal.


Just being a human being existing in a pandemic is A LOT to go through on your own. A few topics that I think we are all getting a crash course in - grief, managing uncertainty, supreme self care, boundaries, survival responses, and much more… I am here for iit all. I believe we one of the greatest protective factors in going through difficulty is relationship and community. Knowing that you are not alone and that there is space to feel the full spectrum of emotions can be the start to healing and stability.

I find that we are not equip or shown how to express and understand our emotions. Sometimes we may spend time and intention on understanding the importance of feelings, the freedom of expression, and the healing depth that comes from giving yourself space and time to have all the feels - not just the pleasant ones.

 

I will help co-create a space that provides you the opportunity to identify, express, and regulate emotions that may feel really uncomfortable for you.

 
 

Maybe you feel uncertain as to what you want to work on or what is bringing you to get extra support. I am here to help in that discovery process and will show up to each session grounded with kindness, curiosity, and non-judgement to help you cultivate the space you need.

Since I fully admit that I am not an expert in everything, I believe in the importance of taking on the responsibility of educating and training if there is a topic or experience that you are wanting support in that moves past my expertise.
